New Mouse (Hits:678) [Goto Last Post]

So i kinda smashed my mouse into the wall, so i want to buy a new one around 50-60 euros and rage proof :D

My previous mouse was a Microsoft Habu 2000 dpi and a refresh rate up to 1000 Hz.

I'm open to suggestions, so throw them away :)

Meh, these threads are all the same nowadays. My opinion:

MSIE 3.0 is a great mouse, but it has the worst wheel ever made, and i mean EVER. Besides, the side buttons are very weird to press, dunno, its way too soft, and i had some problems with its surface rubbing my mousepad too. Even with that its still a very good choice but make sure you know what i mentioned before buying it.

#10 the mouse wheel isn't that bad, except it may get stuck in a position, which he may automaticly jump, in my case, whenever.

But vouch the side buttons.

#10 MSIE was perfect in ever way for me, the wheel is fine for me...

though I use MX518 just because I get bored easily :D

#9 deathadder is almost the same as the habu, shape, software, etc
the habu only have the microsoft label, all the work behind it was done by razer :)

i might go for the mx518 (not sure yet) because a few years back i had a mx500 and it was pretty awesome ;)

and what about the roccat ones? are they good?

#16 I got a roccat Kone. It's okay, but nothing special. I never use all the cool "bling bling" stuff it can do. (meaning, the price wasn't worth it for me) And without a doubt my next mouse is going to be G500 or MX518. :D

#16 in zP! we all play with the roccat kone and since the firmware update noone had any problems. great mouse, especially when you plan to go to lans or reinstall windows pretty often, since the mouse stores your settings on his intern memory

no razer mouse if you rage and do bad things to your mouse:D

mx518 or g5 are much more stable and also nice to play with

buy 10 netscrolls for rage and 1 of the mice mentioned abow. when u feel like raging grab the netscroll and smashi it.

I tried to play with roccat kone, but did not find right settings for me. Maybe i will give it a try once more.. but actually deathadder feels just fine for me.

Just get a mouse which feels comfortable for you.

#18 exel has problems with it when he does mousemovement( couldn't come up with a better word to tired:D) to fast the mouse like freezes..

The msi 3.0 isn't rage proof at all break easily other than that its a good mouse, but i prefer the deathadder and it doens't break ss easily

Microsoft Sidewinder X8

Maybe not from a supercool Gamingcompany, but a great mouse wireless or with wire.
At the 1st day pretty akward to play, but u get used to it pretty fast.
You can change DPI Settings with an xtra button, you got a button which starts recording Makros.
Its got a buttopn where you get directly to your games and you can push the mousewheel to the left or right, which gives you 2 new buttons.
Its wireless mode works flawless and its wire, if you play with it or just play while loading is so thin, that you almost dont feel, that your using one.
Great mouse, though its a bit expensive.

The Roccat Kone updates all the time for me... Can't they just fix all of it and then make a decent update? Anyways, it's a decent mouse but not worth it's price... My next mouse'll be either MX518 or G5 for sure.

u are portuguese so i can type in portuguese..

compra um ms 1.1 ou um 3.0 sao baratos.. resistentes e sao bons.. o 3.0 eh maior q o 1.1 mas eh mais caro mas mesmo assim nao chega aos 40 euros.. e tem 1600 dpi.. mesmo q os dpis nao façam skill..
o meu é um ms 1.1 e eu to satisfeito
