The Finals of the zP! Summer Cup are upon us, we will be using the BO3 at 15 minute rounds.

The previous round was interesting in the A side with a close game between digitals and finish side eStar and with Spanish powerhouse eXcited taking German rivals pod two maps to one.

The B side of the tournament was less exciting with imgaming needlessly defaulting to Hounds and cG and their Russian rivals rgzone yet to play their game.

The first round of the zP! Summer Cup is over. We saw some very interesting close games within the stage. First.uk almost caused a shock victory against Digitals whilst pointeD were beating azoic by 2 full caps with only 5 minutes to go only for them to pull it back and take the victory.

The next stage of the cup will be played on dod_salerno . It is also important to note that we will be using the default ESL config and ruleset. You are required to record demos for each and every round. SourceTV is not an acceptable substitute. The map time limit will be 20 minutes.

You have until Sunday 22nd August to play these games.

After a disappointing second round exit in the zP! Summer Cup against villains, team leader Alex Howard has opted to make some changes in regards to his team's line up. With an almost entirely revamped team, Casca will surely be looking towards the new season of EMS.

He had a few words to say on his team's new talent.

Well after many problems within the casca team, being left with no sniper, a heavy down and needing two more lights, we had to make a decision what to do. Firstly, I approached the one and only RiN, then Solo moved to sniper and we picked up choco who is currently filling in backup but is looking really promising. With only one rifle to find, and after much thought from all the offers I received from the various people and players. We trialed Mumbo and I had no choice but to pick up this great guy and player.

After getting comfortable into the game again and pulling some good results we hit another wall; Solo went on holiday! At this point killerpi approached dockan who will fill solo's shoes while he is away. Finally we picked up kEa as our backup/mascot heavy to consolidate our position. Just hope we can keep it together for the future because it's certainly looking bright!
