It's been an unsettling few weeks for the British based line up of 
FirstFrag; firstly with the departure from their long standing organisation The Last Resort and later losing out on a first place EMS spot to zeroPoint!, a major upset considering their run of highly consistent form.
Despite being aware of the fact that superstar heavy
Alexander RiN Angear would be departing in the weeks following the EMS final, they've also been hit with the further losses of 
Alexandre lennox Carmet and 
Antti Ruohiz Ruohomäki who departs to focus on the fast approaching CC7LAN and other commitments.
Despite these numerous setbacks, the team has managed to secure new talent.
Tobias seiken Forthmann returns to DoD:S after a brief spell playing CS 1.6 and joins the team as the third light. Likewise, Matthieu Matth Chollet joins the line up as a sniper, returning from inactivity, an addition which will see Luke LUK3 Lee reprise his role as heavy, paving the way for the return of Matthew mattiii Harvey to the line up.
In response to his unexpected return to Day of Defeat, seiken prepared the following statement.
seiken's statement:
"After playing CS for a time, I decided it was time to give DoD:S another chance. I'm really motivated to play with old mates like turtz and Luke again from good old TLR times. I think we can play a good role in the next ESL Major Series season."
Likewise, fellow rifle
Joe brn King issued a statement regarding the line up changes.
brn's statement:
"After EMS finishing, we were kind of stumped when some news came from some of our players that they will quit dods. We knew RiN was leaving after the season was up and we was prepared for that.
But the blow came to us when Antti told us about his new job, forcing him to give up active dods and the news of lennox quitting full stop, who was our replacement for RiN after the season.
With RBZ being inactive due to work, we were forced to find three new players, we knew what players we wanted and we got them.
We have moved LUK3 to heavy with his bum chum mattiiii who has decided to come back and play with us, bringing in no-ther than Matth on sniper and seiken on rifle. We hope this new lineup will gel together as well as the last one did and hope to still compete at the highest of levels.
Welcome baguette and saurkraut."
